Thankfully Microsoft was offering a free online practice test (previously included with their books) so it was apparent how much was lacking from the book before I took the test. You need to use some other exam prep material if you expect to pass the test.

Don't let this book your only study guide. Use it as a table of contents to spring board into areas you are weak in, use it to study as you sit at work. I used it with online training and was able to pass. Labs are crucial to passing any exam these days so don't neglect that area of study. Good luck!\

There is a lot of good information in this book, but you will NEED to supplement with MS virtual labs and other Microsoft resources in order to pass the upgrade exam. This book helps with bring a lot of information in to one location instead of searching the entire TechNet site.
